The YTK Worklife paper membership invoice will soon become a chargeable service. From now on, a fee of 5 € will be charged for a paper invoice. If you have a paper YTK Worklife membership invoice, you should switch to a free e-invoice now to avoid unnecessary charges in the future. E-invoicing is the most convenient, flexible and secure way to ensure that your bills are paid on time.

Please note that digital versions of paper invoices sent via OmaPosti will also include a billing surcharge.

You can check your invoicing method in OMA+, in the bar on the right under “Invoicing method”.

Two options for ordering an e-invoice

You can make an e-invoice authorisation directly in your online bank. You can also order an e-invoice request through OMA+.

We recommend: make an e-invoice authorisation in your online bank

  1. Sign in to your own online bank.
  2. Follow the instructions in your online bank to order an e-invoice.
  3. You will need your invoice reference number and your membership number. You can find these on your invoice or in OMA+ under Membership Fees and Invoice Details.

Order an e-invoice request in OMA+

  1. Log in to OMA+ and click on the bar on the right to switch to e-invoicing.
  2. Select your bank from the list.
  3. Click on Send e-invoice request.
  4. IMPORTANT: The e-invoice request will arrive in your online bank within 1-3 business days to await your approval. You must approve the request within 30 days or it will expire and the order will not be processed. In some banks’ mobile app, e-invoice requests are not visible. However, you can go to the browser version of your online bank to approve the request.

There will also be a paper invoice for the YTK Fund membership fee. If you are a combined member (i.e. a member of both the Fund and Worklife) you will need to make a separate e-invoice authorisation for both membership fees.
