As a member of YTK Worklife, in addition to the income protection provided by the unemployment fund, you get a wide range of services and benefits for both work and leisure. A lawyer to help with employment difficulties

At work, you may encounter surprisingly tricky situations and issues that require the legal advice of a competent lawyer. For example, payroll and termination of employment are among the most common issues where our members can get help from our legal service of nearly 60 lawyers across Finland. You can get general advice right from the start of your YTK Worklife membership, and the Premium service is available to you when your YTK Worklife membership has been valid for at least 6 months at the time of the incident.

Insurances against employment disputes and accidents

As a member of the YTK Worklife, you are also covered by insurance against employment-related disputes and criminal offences. Professional legal expenses insurance is a particularly useful benefit, as the legal expenses cover included in your home insurance only covers expenses in matters relating to your private life.

Leisure time accident insurance covers you anywhere in the world

The YTK Worklife Leisure Timne Accident Insurance covers the costs of treatment and possible compensation for minor and major injuries. The leisure time accident insurance included in your membership is valid anywhere in the world.

The unique YTK Tutor online training helps with concrete instructions and coaching to solve the most common challenges faced by thesis and dissertation writers, from motivation to topic selection and writing to overcoming procrastination. As a member, you will receive free online coaching from thesis guru Kimmo Svinhufvud and study psychologist Simo Ahonen. By completing your studies, you will increase your value on the labour market and improve your salary.
