Together with Duunitori, we have launched a joint jobs platform that allows our members to easily and effortlessly browse job vacancies.
Our aim is to make job searching straightforward in the future, so it’s important that jobs are available where our members are. Tens of thousands of members visit OmaYTK every month.
Reforming the job search
We have talked a lot about the fact that job search is currently hard work. Often people apply for jobs with incomplete information; a job advertisement may not state the salary range, so someone expecting a completely different salary, for example, may apply for a job.
More innovative use should be made of technology, such as AI solutions, to find common features between job seekers and jobs. The introduction of the Duunitori as part of OmaYTK is a first concrete step in this direction.

The YTK Unemployment Fund offers its members a wide range of content to help them find a job and develop their skills in working life. Through OmaYTK, you can assess your work personality and articulate your strengths, among other things. YTK Worklife members can also receive personalised job search coaching and participate in hundreds of skills development training courses.
